Aurreko Igandean Mtv Movie Awards sariak banatu ziren. Betiko moduan emanaldi ikusgarria izan zen eta pertsona ospetsuez beteta egon zen: Lindsay Lohan, Tom Cruise eta Katie Holmes, Johnny Deep, Megan Fox, Will Smith edo Zac Efron. Gaueko irabazlea Johnny Deep izan zen bi sari eraman baitzituen etxera: aktore hoberena "Piratas del Caribe 3" eta gaizto hoberena "Sweeney Todd"-engatik.
