Different techniques during the exercise:

  1. Start: Sit in the seat, put on proper weight, support your back well, run your ankles through the lower pads and bend your knees as much as possible while moving your feet down while you breathe.
  2. End: With your knees flexed, hold the weight for two or three seconds, feeling the pressure in your leg muscles and buttocks and to finish, with a controlled movement and legs, we return to the starting position.

Different muscles involved:

1. Biceps femoris
2. Semitendous
3. Semimembranous
4. Twins

3. The different adaptations of the exercise are these:

  1. Lying: We work the same muscles, we will lie down instead of sitting alone.  
  2. Standing: This is another option for working the same muscles.
  3. Without a machine, with rubbers.
  4. Putting a cushion in the abdomen.

4. These are the differents failures you can do in the exersise:

- Lift your hip to help yourself.

- Gain momentum with your body.

-Put on excess weight.

-Flex the ankle (Alwais 90°).

-Place the achilles tendon on the roller.

-Short range of movement when you flex the knees.

5. These are the differents tips you can do in the exersise:

-The view always stays neutral.

-Progress the weight gradually
